Customer Service Oriented Experts
Service Technicians Mechanic
Duties:
§ Commissioning of machines and complete systems by GROB and the customers;
§ Achieve all quality requirements;
§ Commissioning of the machines and process specific components (tools, cycle time, process);
§ Several service responsibilities during the life time of the machine by GROB and the customers;
Requirements:
§ Experience in assembly and adjustment of me-tal cutting machines;
§ Several years experience in the machine tool company;
§ NC-/CNC-knowledge is preferred;
§ Knowledge of the English language;
§ Team spirit, flexibility and willingness to travel;
§ Commissioning of machines and complete systems by GROB and the customers;

Service Technician Electric
Duties:
§ Commissioning of machines and complete systems by GROB and the customers;
§ Commissioning of process oriented software of our automation systems;
§ Improvement of controls of complex manufacturing systems;
§ Connection of machine controls with central computer;
§ Several service responsibilities during the life time of the machine by GROB and the customer;
Requirements:
§ Technical understanding of axes drives, PLC and NC-technology;
§ Experience in programming (Siemens Step 7 and Fanuc);
§ Several years experience in the machine tool company;
§ Knowledge of the English language;
§ Team spirit, flexibility and willingness to travel;
